Terms of Service for Arcana AI

Welcome to Arcana AI. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Arcana AI mobile application ("App") operated by Tenet Oyun Yazilim ve Pazarlama Ltd. Sti. ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Nature of Service (Disclaimer)

THE APP IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

The Tarot readings, astrological insights, and AI-generated chat responses provided by Arcana AI are not scientifically proven and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

  • No Professional Advice: The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • Decision Making: You should not rely on the App to make serious life decisions. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided by the App.

  • If you are facing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, please contact a professional immediately.

2. Artificial Intelligence

Arcana AI utilizes artificial intelligence (Google Gemini and others) to generate interpretations and chat responses.

  • Accuracy: AI can "hallucinate" or generate incorrect information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, consistency, or reliability of any reading.

  • Context: The AI "Reader" is a simulation and not a sentient being.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Arcana AI offers premium features (e.g., 3-Card Spreads, Decision Spreads, unlimited Chat) via auto-renewing subscriptions.

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds directly. All refund requests must be processed through Apple or Google specifically, subject to their respective refund policies.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you or upon your next renewal.

4. User Accounts and Anonymity

Arcana AI may allow you to use the service via "Anonymous Sign-in."

  • Data Loss: If you delete the App, reset your device, or lose access to your device without linking a permanent account method (if available), you may lose your reading history and preferences. We cannot recover data from anonymous accounts once the device link is severed.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Generate content that is violent, illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit via the "Intention" or "Chat" inputs.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or assets (including card images) of the App.

  • Harass or abuse the AI system through repeated malicious prompting.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (including the "Arcana AI" brand, code, unique UI design, and AI system prompts) are and will remain the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and its licensors.

  • Tarot Assets: The digital presentation of the Tarot cards within the App is licensed or used with permission. You may not extract or reuse these images outside the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tenet Oyun Yazilim ve Pazarlama Ltd. Sti., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;

  • Any interpretation or decision made by you based on the content of the App;

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
