Speed Date Application Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Speed Date ("App"), provided by Tenet Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama Ltd. Şti. ("Company"), located at Başpınar OSB Mh. 2. Bölge 83235 Cd. 8/5 Şehitkamil, Gaziantep 27600, Türkiye (Tax No: 8391096753; Trade Register No: 61407). By accessing or using Speed Date, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, forming a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal dating age in your jurisdiction. By using Speed Date, you represent and warrant that you meet your jurisdiction's age requirement, have no felony convictions, and are not registered as a sex offender or barred from using dating platforms by law.

3. User Registration and Information
Registration requires accurate and current personal details, including your name, birthday, gender, email address (optional), and interests. You agree to maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and ensure all information provided is truthful.

4. Services Offered
Speed Date provides:

• Timed, rotating video calls in public chat rooms for structured speed dating.

• Private video calls between consenting users.

• Instant messaging services.

5. Tickets and Payments
Tickets must be purchased to participate in speed dating sessions, initiate private calls, or access certain messaging features. Payments are exclusively processed through Apple APIs. All sales are final; refunds and exchanges are not provided.

6. Data Privacy and Usage
We do not store video call recordings, but chat histories, instant messaging data, and user registration details are securely stored. If inappropriate behavior is reported during a call, a screenshot is automatically captured and securely retained for investigation.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation.

• Explicit or inappropriate content.

• Illegal activities.

• Impersonation or fraud.

• Commercial solicitation, spam, scams, or pyramid schemes.

8. Reporting, Moderation, and Law Enforcement
If inappropriate behavior is encountered, users can immediately report it, terminating the call and capturing a screenshot. Reported users are blocked from contacting the reporting user. The Company reserves the right to ban users indefinitely and report criminal activity to law enforcement.

9. Intellectual Property and Content
You retain ownership rights of submitted content but grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and distribute content for operational purposes. All content must comply with these terms and applicable laws. Do not publicly share private contact or financial information.

10. Liability and Disclaimers
The Company explicitly disclaims liability for user interactions, outcomes, user-generated content, and third-party services. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users accept all risks associated with interactions.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against any claims or liabilities arising from your violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination and Suspension
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately for breaches of these terms, without prior notice. No refunds are provided if accounts are terminated for misconduct. Users may delete their accounts at any time; however, ticket or subscription purchases are non-refundable.

13. Payment and Subscription Terms
Subscriptions or premium services auto-renew unless cancelled via Apple account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel subscriptions. Prices, including taxes, are clearly indicated, and refunds are managed exclusively through Apple.

14. Third-Party App Store Compliance
Users acknowledge that Apple and other app store providers are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, have no obligation to provide support, and are not liable for any claims arising from app use.

15. Arbitration and Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Gaziantep, Türkiye, conducted according to applicable arbitration rules. Users waive the right to class action litigation.

16. Amendments and Updates
These terms may be periodically updated. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use signifies acceptance of revised terms.

17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement
These terms represent the complete agreement between users and the Company regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
